Webnail Influencer Terms of Use

1. Product Details
Influencers will receive manicure and beauty products from Webnail. Influencers will be assigned a personal manager who will provide examples and guidelines for creating content. Influencers are encouraged to use their creativity in making videos about the products.

2. Content Creation Requirements
Influencers are required to create video content featuring the products they receive. Each video must be a minimum of 30 seconds in length.

3. Usage Rights
By participating in the Webnail Influencer Program, influencers agree that Webnail owns the rights to all content created. Webnail may use this content for marketing purposes on social media platforms and the company website.

4. Publication Requirements
Influencers must upload their completed videos and raw materials to the designated Google Drive folder provided by their personal manager. This ensures that all content is collected and reviewed by Webnail.

5. Disclosure
Influencers are not required to disclose that they received the products for free in their content.

6. Compensation
No additional compensation or reimbursement for expenses will be provided to influencers. Participation is solely in exchange for the products received.

7. Performance Metrics
There are no specific performance metrics or minimum engagement requirements for influencers in this program.

8. Compliance
Influencers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Webnail reserves the right to review and approve all content to ensure compliance with these terms.

9. Termination
Influencers may terminate their participation in the Webnail Influencer Program at any time by notifying their personal manager at Webnail. Upon termination, influencers are no longer required to create or submit content.

10. Confidentiality
Influencers agree to keep any proprietary information about Webnail products or strategies confidential and not to disclose such information to any third parties.

11. Review and Approval
All content must be submitted for review through the designated Google Drive folder. The personal manager will provide feedback and approval before any content is published.

12. Exclusivity
There are no exclusivity requirements. Influencers are free to promote other products and brands.

13. General
Webnail reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Influencers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
